Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
In mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Beat until well blended. Beat in eggs. Stir in pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in nuts. Turn batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 F. for one hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pans.
