This has been a family favorite for years.


  • Prime Rib, Lots of garlic, rock salt, olive oil, salt and pepper,


Preheat oven 325 degrees. Poke holes in prime rib (all over) and stuff with slices of garlic. Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll in rock salt. Place prime rib fat side up on rock salt in roasting pan and insert meat thermometer. Cook to your liking.
