Ingredients

  • crust
  • 25 oreos
  • 4 Tbls. butter - melted
  • filling
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbls. flour
  • 4 eggs - room temp
  • 3 egg yolks - room temp
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups oreos - crushed approx 15
  • topping
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Beat cream cheese, add 1-1/4 cups sugar, beat 3 mins. Mix in flour, while beating, add eggs and yolks, mixing until smooth. Beat in whipping cream
and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour 1/2 into crust. Srpinkle oreos, add rest of filling.
Place pan in 425 oven for 15 mins. Reduce heat to 225 and bake for 50 mins.
Remove from oven, turn oven temp to 350. Stir sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla together, spread over cake, bake 7 mins more. Remove from oven, cool to room temp in draft-free place. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up
to 3 days. Before serving remove sides of pan. Serve chilled.
