Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fine-chopped cooked country ham
- 1 tablespoon fine-chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon fine-chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon brown or grainy mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika
Directions
Peel the eggs and halve them. Remove the yolks and mash with remining ingredients except paprika; mixing well. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
