Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fine-chopped cooked country ham
  • 1 tablespoon fine-chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon fine-chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon brown or grainy mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika

Directions

Peel the eggs and halve them. Remove the yolks and mash with remining ingredients except paprika; mixing well. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
