Ingredients

  • Fresh lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, frozen chopped spinach, asaigo cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, hamburger or veal (ground)garlic, onions, ricotta chees

Directions

saute onion and garlic, add ground beef or veal, cook until meat well done, drain fat, add tomato sauce, seasonings (italian seasonings such as basil, oregano etc) to taste, salt, pepper. Combine egg, spinach, parmesan cheese and asiago chees, and ricotta cheese. In lasagna pan, layer tomato meat sauce, fresh lasagna noodles, then the cheese & spinach mixture, lasagna noodles, and meat sauce, and noodles. Then cover with Parmesan cheese & asiago cheese. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 min. You can use no bake noodles if you wish but fresh noodles are best. If you use no bake noodles make sure the tomato sauce mixture is runnier than when using fresh noodes.
