Ingredients

  • 12 hard cooked eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika

Directions

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; mash well. Add remaining ingredients except paprika. Mix well. If mixture is too dry add another teaspoon or so of mayonnaise. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
