Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup onions - chopped
  • 1 10oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 1/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes (dry)
  • 2 cups cooked cut-up chicken
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese (8oz.)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Heat broth, onion and frozen broccoli to boil in 3 qt. saucepan.
Reduce ehat, cover and simmer 5 minutes - stirring occasionaly.
Stir in potatoes until well blended and then stir in remaining ingredients.
heat on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring accasionaly until hot and cheese is melted.
