• 3 oz. pkg. lemon jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. splenda
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
  • 1 sm. fat free cool whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add Splenda and spice.
Add pumpkin, mixing well.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in cool whip and nuts.
Pour into mold or clean bowl and refrigerate until firm.
