Ingredients
- 3-4 lb beef roast, (bottom round works well), 2 cloves garlic, sliced, dried Oregano, dried Basil, 3 beef boulion cubes, 2qts water, salt & pepper
 
Directions
Make slits in beef and put in sliced garlic.
 Sprinkle beef with A LOT of Oregano and Basil, (you should see more green than meat), salt and pepper some what generously.
 
 Bake in roasting pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. After 1 hr,pour water over beef, add boullion cubes to water. Bake another 2 hrs.
 Set beef aside, save cooking juices.
 Let cool, slice Very thin, ( a slicer is best, if you have one.) Add slices to the juice.
