Ingredients

  • 1 rack per person
  • 1 lemon
  • water salt pepper
  • 1 bottle KS BBQ SAUCE
  • 1 bottle Hot bbq sauce{any kind}

Directions

Put ribs in a shallow baking pan. Cut the lemon in slices and put on top of the ribs this serves as tenderiser. Add enough water to cover half the ribs. Add salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in a 350 oven for 2 to 3 hours, or until the tibs are tender. This can be done the day before if you are expecting a big crowd.Fire the bbq and splash a mixture of the sauces on top of the ribs. Cook for about 1/2 hour basting the ribs every time you turn them. You will end up with the moistest ribs in the world, I promise you won't have to fight with them.Bon Appetit.
