Great for lunch or for a summer dinner
- 1 lb. of medium shrimp 2 ribs of tender celery 2 hard boiled eggs.sauce:1/3 cup mayo, 2squirts worcestershire sauce, tabasco to taste, 1 squirt ketchup, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, add shrimp and a squirt of tabasco, boil for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse the shrimp with cold water.Shell the shrimp and set aside. Mix the ingredients for the sauce, adding more mayo if desired and combine with the shrimp, the finely chopped celery and the minced hard boiled eggs. Cover with wrap, refrigerate and serve on lettuce leaves.
