Ingredients

  • 2 cans pie filling, any flavor
  • 1 large can pineapple, undrained
  • 1 box yellow cake mix, no pudding in mix
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 cake pan with Pam. put pie filing in bottom of pan followed by the pineapple (juice and all) sprinkle cake mix over top of the fruits. Sprinkle the coconut then chopped nuts over dry cake mix. Pour the melted margarine all over the top of the cake. Bake 1 hour. Can be served warm or cold.
