Ingredients
- Small can of refried beans, mixed with a little water and taco seasoning; heated
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (slightly softened)
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 1.25 oz Taco Seasoning Packet
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Shredded Lettuce
- Diced Tomato
- Diced Onion
- Diced (hot, mild - your preference) Peppers
- Sliced Olives
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Spread heated refried beans on a plate. Mix together the next three ingredients until smooth and creamy (should be a peachy-color). Spread this mixture out onto the refried beans. Now add a layer of guacamole over the cream cheese mixture. Spread a layer of salsa over the guacamole. Sprinkle the lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, peppers, and olives over the top of the salsa (in that order). Let chill in refrigerator up to an hour. Eat with tortilla chips.
