Ingredients

  • 2 cans all-white tuna
  • 1-2 Tbl. relish (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (to taste)
  • 2-3 Tbl. mayonnaise (to taste)
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. grapes, halved

Directions

Drain tuna and mix with relish, mayonnaise, and mustard, tasting as you go to determine how sweet/tangy/creamy you like it. Mix in the sunflower seeds and grapes. Make sandwiches or serve plain or on lettuce leaves.
