Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, minced
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Garlic salt to taste
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients in an oven proof dish, mix well. Bake a half hour or until bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips and salsa and sour cream for additional dipping.
