Ingredients

  • 1 pound of small shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 ounce shrimp base
  • 1/2 pound cream cheese
  • 8 ounces boursin cheese
  • fresh herbs

Directions

Blend ingredients together to form a smooth mixture. Place mixture into pastry bag and pipe into hollowed cherry tomatoes.
Makes approximately 50
