Ingredients

  • 2 bundles Spinach, washed, deveined and broken into bite size pieces.
  • 1/2 pound Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, halved and sliced thin
  • Poppyseed Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seed
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

Directions

Arrange spinach, strawberries and red onion in a large salad bowl.
Place onion, poppy seed, sesame oil, paprika and Worcestershire sauce in a blender. Combine oil and rice wine vinegar. With blender running, slowly add oil and vinegar mixture. Blend until thickened. Drizzle over salad; serve immediately.
