Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine soy sauce and mustard. Rub mixture all over the pork. (Use your hands!) Spray a small baking pan with non-stick spray. Bake the pork, uncovered for about 35 minutes or until thermometer reaches about 155 degrees. Remove pork to platter and tent with foil. Put baking pan on stovetop burner; add wine; stir until mixture reduces by about half and all the browned bits are incorporated. Slice pork; put on serving platter and spoon sauce over top.
