you can give it a bit of kick with a little Worcestershire sauce too - depends on what you are serving it with -


  • One or Two Blood Oranges(depends on amount)
  • Tarragon Wine Vinegar
  • good olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Whole grain Dijon Mustard


Easy to make in a old srewtop jar - just shake
Grate some of the blood orange
Squeeze Juice out
mix with other ingredients
all portaions are negotiable
