Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 - 2 oz jar instant coffee
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups brandy
  • 1 - 6" vanilla bean

Directions

Blend sugar and instant coffee. Add boiling water. Stir well and let cool.

Add brandy and whole vanilla bean and stir.

Put in 1/2 gallon jar or bottle and seal tightly for 30 days. Then discard vanilla bean and enjoy.
