Ingredients
- 6- 16/20ct. shrimp
- chopped green pepper
- chopped red bell pepper
- chopped onion
- diced roma tomato
- cooked angel hair pasta
- olive oil
- 1 tbls. ground garlic
- 1 shot white wine
- fresh chopped parsley
- pinch white pepper
Directions
1. Peel and deveine shrimp.
2. In saute pan, cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
3. Add red &green peppers, onion,garlic,&white pepper,saute about 3 minutes.
4. Add shrimp, white wine ,and white pepper.
5. Cook shrimp on 1 side ,flipshrimp over and cover, turn heat off , let sit for 5 minutes.
6. Remove cover, add pasta,,and roma tomatos, toss together lightly, transfer to heated dish , garnish with chopped parsley.P.S. This has been an excellant special in the supper club where I work.
