Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bon Appetit' seasoning
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions

Spray a non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Heat over medium heat. Brown pork chops well on both sides. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle the browned chops with Bon Appetit' seasoning. Combine soup, milk, sour cream or yogurt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese and half of the onions. Spoon onto a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes. 6 servings
