- I don't know the ingredients by heart. But I follow the Knorr's Vegetable Soup mix recipe which you can find on the back of the box. It is the best spinich dip I have come across and I always get many compliments. If you can find a loaf of pumpernickel bread, that is also a great way to serve the spinich dip.
