Serves 4


  • 2 lbs. raw peeled and deveined Colossal Shrimp
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Juice from 1 fresh lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tbs. dried parsley
  • 2 cups white ruce
  • Cook rice and keep warm.
  • Rinse and let drain the Shrimp.


Melt Butter and Olive Oil in skillet.
Add Garlic and saute several minutes until soft.
Stir in Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Shrimp.

Saute and baste Shrimp 5-8 minutes until done.
Serve with Rice
