You can use canned or fresh crabs and this is good with lobster as well.


  • 1 medium onion(chopped), 1/2 green pepper(chopped),2T butter or margarine, 1/4lb mushrooms(sliced), 2 tomatoes(diced), 1lb crab meat, 1t salt, Dash of cayenne pepper, 1-1/2c cream, 1T minced parsley


In medium skillet saute onion and pepper in melted butter until onion is transparent. Add mushrooms; cook 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; cook 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat to boil, but do not boil. Add more parsley for garnish if you like. 4-6 servings
