Ingredients

  • Whole Beef Brisket, well-trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Put all ingredients in glass dish. Let marinade for 12 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Wrap meat tightly in heavy foil with some of the marinade. Cook 7 - 8 hours. Remove from oven and let cool. Chop meat and put into bowl; add your favorite barbecue sauce.
