I like to serve chopped raw onion & shredded cheddar cheese on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 lg. can tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 lg. onion

Directions

Brown ground meat and onions. Place in a large pan. Put all spices and soup and tomatoes in pan. Simmer for 1 hour, then add kidney beans. Simmer 1 hour more. Serve hot with crackers.
