Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked diced ham
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 tblsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine rice, ham, onion, mustard, and salt in glass casserole dish. Mix well. Top with bell pepper and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pepper. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes.
