Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries
  • 1 sm. navel orange
  • 1 - 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Grand Marnier or bourbon

Directions

Process half the cranberries and half the orange in a food processor. Process the other half of berries and orange (rind included) with the sugar and Grand Marnier. Mix all together. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. The longer the sauce soaks up the Grand Marnier the better. 12 servings.
