Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roquefort (or Blue) cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup Salad oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar

Directions

Yield: 4 servings

Mash cheese with a little oil.
Add worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil.
Shake well until creamy.
