original Buffalo receipe


  • chicken wings seperated at joint
  • butter, louisiana hot sauce, white vinegar, tobasco sauce


deep fry chicken wings, no seasoning or breading
melt butter in sauce pan add hot sauce according to amount of wings prepared. Add white vinegar sparingly(t-spoon at a time)vinegar cuts heat of sauce, add tabasco sauce to taste.Amounts of ingredients depends on amount of wings prepared.
