Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, deveined
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 servings cooked pasta

Directions

Sprinkle 8 to 12 pepper flakes into frying pan. Turn to medium heat. Place olive oil and fresh pressed garlic into medium warm pan. Stir. Add shrimp. Keep shrimp moving. Add parsley. Add white wine and reduce. (Shrimp cooks and turns pink very quickly.) Turn heat down to low and melt butter. (Do not let butter brown!) Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan. Pour shrimp and sauce over warm pasta. Squeeze lemon over top. Serves two.
