Ingredients

  • 3 tbl. olive oil
  • 12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbl. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbl. red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbl. lemon juice
  • 2 tbl. white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbl. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbl. fresh parsley, chopped or 2 tsp. dried parsley

Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp. Cook about 4 minutes. Add the garlic, pepper flakes, lemon juice, wine and salt. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Uncover and beat in the butter. Remove from heat and mix in the parsley. Serve over hot rice or vermicelli noodles.
