Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked regular rice
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • Grated rind of 1 lime

Directions

Yields 6 servings.

Cook rice using no salt in water. Remove from heat and add all
other ingredients. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
