Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. good steak sauce (I like A-1 Sweet & Tangy)
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

Mix well & marinate steaks at least 2 hours, or overnight. (I usually make a double or even triple batch as this saves very well just on the shelf.)
