Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 c sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 almond extract
  • One 9" pie shell, unbaked

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly toss lemon juice and peaches. In separate bowl, mix together egg, butter, sugar, flour, nutmeg and extract. Place peaches in pie shell and pour egg mixture over peaches. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
