A sprinkle of dill before you roll them up is a nice addition or some fresh chopped basil is great.
Ingredients
- Flour Tortillas, any size but thin rather than the thick ones
- soft cream cheese
- salmon, smoked , this is the thin sliced packaged kind, not the kind in a can
Directions
Spread a layer of cream cheese on the tortilla then gently peel the smoked salmon apart and cover the cheese with a single layer of salmon. Roll the tortilla as tight as you can without breaking it. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve then slice in one inch thick circles and serve. These can be made a day ahead.
A 9 oz. package of salmon will cover about 3 10 in flour tortillas. If you have to take these to a party leave them wrapped up if it is easier and slice when you arrive.
