Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large red onion
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped medium small
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

Directions

1. Cook penne until al dente
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, red and yellow peppers, and saute for 10 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour this over cooked penne pasta and serve.
