Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soft shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- chocolate chips
Directions
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs and add milk. Mix dry ingredients well. Blend them into creamed mixture lightly. Fold in nuts and pour into bundt pan. Chocolate chips may be sprinkled over top of uncooked batter if desired. Bake at 350 degrees 60 min.
