Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced, cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions

Place ham in a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole; spread mustard over ham. Arrange apple slices evenly over top, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar, orange rind, and flour; mix well and sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
