Ingredients
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 tblsp. flour
- 2 tblsp. butter or margarine
Directions
Pour milk into 2-quart saucepan. Put remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and run on high speed until smooth. Slowly add tomato mixture to milk, stirring constantly. Place over low heat until hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
