Ingredients

  • 2 c Yogurt cheese
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1-1/4 c Milk
  • 1/4 c Heavy cream
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1 Vanilla bean

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt cheese,
sugar, milk, cream and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined. Split the vanilla bean in
half lengthwise, and scrape the seeds into the
bowl, stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to an oce cream machine and freeze according to
manufacturer's directions.
