Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. Tomatoes,chopped
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/4 Lb. Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbls. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbl. Thyme
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 lb. Pasta, cooked
  • 3/4 lb. Bay shrimp, cooked

Directions

Mix first 10 ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and cooked (shelled and cleaned) shrimp, and toss to blend. season to taste with salt and pepper.
