Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Tomatoes,chopped
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 Lb. Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Tbls. dry white wine
- 1 Tbl. Thyme
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 lb. Pasta, cooked
- 3/4 lb. Bay shrimp, cooked
Directions
Mix first 10 ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and cooked (shelled and cleaned) shrimp, and toss to blend. season to taste with salt and pepper.
