Dried Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped dried beef
  • 4 tblsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tblsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tblsp. ketchup
  • 4 tblsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

Rinse dried beef, then pat dry. Blend all ingredients thoroughly to prepare enough filling for 8 sandwiches, or 16 half sandwiches for finger foods.
