• 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Milk


Stir flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Make a well in center. Pour Mayonnaise and milk into well. Stirr to moisten until soft dough forms. Pat or roll on lightly floured surface. Cut into rounds. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425F (220C) oven for 12 minutes or until brown. Yeild: 12 biscuits.The book I found this in has about 300 different biscuit recipes. If you can't find it let me know I may be able to find one for you
