Ingredients

  • 28 oz can of whole tomatoes
  • 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • water

Directions

Combine tomatoes and tomato paste in saucepan. Chop onion, garlic and celery. add onion, salt, pepper, celery, oregano, basil, garlic and olive oil. Simmer covered and stir occasionally for 20 minutes on low heat. add water if it gets too thick makes about 6 10"" pizzas.
