Ingredients

  • Sorry, no Sherry in this recipe, but give it a try
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 3 lbs. lamb, veal or beef, cut into cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour over meat;mix well. Marinate overnight or longer for a better flavor. Put on skewers;cook over hot coals.
