Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • Dash salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

Melt oleo in bottom of 9x9-inch pan. Mix flour, 1/2 c. sugar, baking powder, milk and salt. Spread mixture over melted oleo. Mix rhubarb with sugar and spoon over above mixture. Pour hot water over the top of above ingredients. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
