Ingredients

  • 1.5 kilos crabs/prawns
  • 6 pieces garlic
  • 6 pieces shallot
  • 2 pieces fresh or dried chili
  • 1 tsp size ginger
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 50 grams spring onion
  • 6 tsp cooking oil

Directions

Season prawns/crabs with black pepper, salt, and corn flour. Deep fry the prawns/crabs till almost cooked (color turned red), and set aside.
Heat wok then add cooking oil. Add minced garlic, shallots, chili, ginger, black pepper powder, shredded onion and fry for one to two minutes. Add fried crabs/prawns and fry for another one minute. Put spring onions, cover the wok and cook for one minute. Ready to serve.
