Directions

Lightly grease an 8 1/2" X 12" sheet pan with vegetable oil; set aside. Combine 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1/4 cup corn syrup, 4 tsp. honey, and 3 Tbls. water in a deep medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and cook until temperature reaches 300*F. on a candy thermometer, about 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat, add 1 Tbls. baking soda, vigorously whisk for 5 seconds, then immediately pour into prepared pan. Set Honeycomb aside to cool, then break into pieces.
